Rollout notes and remaining email checks
Updated September 10, 2026. ProductiveBot upgrade first; Scout guides the separate OpenClaw update. This is an operator review note, not an automatic launch decision.
Published: clearer Updates instructions and both OpenClaw support checks.
Still to verify: actual inbox delivery, customer email screenshots, all email links, reminder exit after download, and the current rollout audience.
Copy issue: a downloaded file must not trigger a claim that installation is finished.
A download is not an installation. A confirmed installation is not proof that OpenClaw or every support issue is resolved.

This table shows the four-customer pilot, not the full customer list. Live email events cover all three pilot emails. Survey and reported upgrade status can come from Typeform profile fields. Session preference is not attendance; earned credit is not issued credit. Missing fields mean no status recorded, not that the integration does not exist. Installation confirmations are dated evidence recorded separately. “Not tracked” means there is no automatic measurement; “Not recorded” does not prove an action never happened. Download events report delivery of the installer, not whether the customer installed it.
